MOOCH started life as an online business selling gorgeous greetings cards and mouthblown glass balls. In May 2017 MOOCH opened on St. Giles Street in Northampton expanding its range to include a wide range of candles, gifts, furniture, and home interior accessories. Because they’re always looking for unique new products the range changes all the time, so there will always be something new to see when you visit MOOCH. In its 18 months of trading it has become a firm Northampton favourite - MOOCH was voted Northamptonshire’s favourite gift shop twice in its first two years of trading. Owned by husband and wife team Paul and Rachel they run both shops and an online business along with a passionate and enthusiastic team. In September 2018 MOOCH opened its second shop within Bell’s fabulous new extension. Paul and Rachel are always on the lookout for wonderful new products to add to their carefully curated range. You will always be sure to find the perfect present or card.

Shop keeping is in Paul and Rachel’s DNA and their passion for creating brilliant customer experience is evident at every point in MOOCH. They work hard to build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to bring the very best products at the very best prices. They both love to get to know their customers and if there’s something you want that they don’t sell, they’ll always go to the ends of the Earth to find it for you. Paul & Rachel are passionate about independent retail and supporting small businesses. so much so that there are many fabulous products in the range that they have commissioned to be made just for MOOCH or made by the finest artisan crafters. When you buy from MOOCH you’ll always walk away with your purchase perfectly wrapped, safe in the knowledge that because MOOCH want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase their ‘no quibble’ returns policy means that if it’s not perfect you can bring it back for an exchange or refund.
